Exercising with decreased Mobility?

Are you recovering from surgery and have limited mobility? Perhaps you are just beginning your weight loss journey and you’re concerned about your joints. In either case you would benefit greatly from our water fitness classes. Exercising in water decreases the impact of exercise enormously on the joints. You’ll be able to get your cardio exercise in without the impact of gravity. The pool is saltwater and heated to 88* so you can exercise any time of year.

In boot camp you’ ll have access to a variety of fitness classes and activities that will give your the muscle confusion you need to take your workout to the next level The boot camp includes a Freestyle Fitness meal plan that ensures that your activity is in line with your goals. When variant exercise is partnered with good nutrition you have a formula that puts your body into fat burning mode. You are able to build toned lean muscle and get the results you want.
