Bootcamp registration is this weekend on January 4, 2014 at 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM and January 5th at 2pm – 6:00 PM . If your intention is to join the January boot camp to meet your New Years’ resolution for fitness, you must register now. This weekend is reserved for before photos, weigh-in and measurements. Registering now will help you to be able to have all the information you need on registration day. This way your registration will go smoothly and you’ll be in and out quickly.
I’m very excited about this upcoming session in January because of all of the new classes that are being offered. This session will still have the great meal plan, weight tracking and measurements but will also includes a personal online page for each client to upload before and after photos, weight information and graphs to help them track their progress. You will also be able to create teams among your fellow bootcamp partners to compete with. This is all included in the bootcamp. Wow! Classes on the schedule every week are: Zumba, Zumba Toning, Zumba Sentao, Aqua Zumba, Power Yoga, Circuit Exercise Course, R.I.P.P.E.D, (Resistance, Interval, Power, Plyometrics, Endurance, Diet), Guns, Guts & Glutes and Pilates.
This bootcamp marks an entire year of bootcamp. Freestyle Fitness Boot Camp has helped bootcamp clients lose well over 800 pounds this past year! *You can hold a spot for yourself with a $20 deposit.
