Freestyle Fitness Evening Boot Camp is BACK!
Back by popular demand is the Freestyle Fitness Evening Boot Camp. Several have been asking us to hold a boot camp session in the evening like we have done in the past. We want to give more of you a chance to take your workout up to the next level. Combining the muscle confusion with the Freestyle Fitness meal plan has given our morning boot campers great results. They are making a mind and body connection that is vital to having a successful weight-loss journey. The evening session will begin on August 31st and run for 4 weeks through September 25th, Monday through Friday at 6:30 PM. To learn more about boot camp click here
