Freestyle Fitness 30/30 Challenge

Are you ready for a challenge? We are! Freestyle Fitness is inviting everyone to commit to 30 minutes of activity every day for 30 days. It’s our 30/30 challenge! Here’s how it works; Simply choose any activity that increases your heart rate every day that is sustained for at least 30 minutes for 30 days. Here’s an extra challenge; Take a selfie or picture of yourself or video each day or when you are able to and post it here on the Freestyle Fitness Facebook page. It doesn’t matter which activity you choose as long as it raises your heart rate. It all starts on October 1, 2014. Let us hear from you. Check out the page daily for inspiring stories and motivate others to keep the challenge going.

Here’s a little something to sweeten the challenge. Anyone who participates in challenge will be entered into a drawing for a $20 per month discount off a monthly membership for unlimited classes.

I’m excited to see what you’re doing and would love to hold you accountable or celebrate with you. I for one will be working on my back and my butt so I’ll be sharing with you my favorite butt and back exercises. Are you ready? Good, let’s go!
