Boot camp is ongoing – Monday – Friday 5:30 AM or 6:30 PM
Each session is 1 hour.
Each 20 day session is $239 and includes a “Fit and Free” Meal Plan. Or you may choose to jump start your sessions with the Freestyle Bootcamp “Fat Burner” Plan for $300 (price includes weight loss supplements)
No boot camper will pushed to do too much too quickly. We will ease you into the program. We warmly welcome you whether you have an aggressive weight loss goal — or if you just want to shape, tone and get in the best shape of your life. People of all ages, abilities and fitness levels regularly attend Freestyle Fitness Boot Camp and achieve incredible results while having a good time doing it!
Our experience in the fitness industry began in 1983, and we created our boot camp program in 2011. We’ve helped our clients lose over 1000 pounds in the last year. The design of the program, constant muscle confusion, accountability, length of program, and a team of enthusiastic and well trained instructors is the recipe for a program that produces consistent results for our clients.
Most boot campers have to miss a workout from time to time, so please don’t let that discourage you. I know you’ll agree that some exercise is better than no exercise. So if you can’t make it to all the days, do your best to attend a couple of times a week. We have seen participants achieve significant results while attending only two days a week.

The sessions are fun! Class type is always changing to give you plenty of muscle confusion for maximum results. We combine resistance training, water aerobics, all of the different ZUMBA® genres, obstacle courses, running, core, body weight, and fun sports training type drills. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll love meeting new people while blasting fat and calories! (watch video)
No it’s an ongoing program. Most of the time, boot campers find it to be a wonderful lifestyle change and decide to continue well after their weight loss goals have been met. You’re welcome to join for a little as 20 days or stay on board for many, many months which is quite common for most participants.
Yes, Part of what makes our program so successful is helping to keep you accountable and on a consistent workout schedule. We understand that schedules can be erratic but It’s important to “Get It In” everyday.
The most important thing you need to bring is a great attitude. Other than that, you just need comfortable workout clothing and a good pair of cross training or running shoes that are less than 6 months old. You’ll also need a pair of low tread sneakers for ZUMBA® and a mat for Pilates. You will receive more details about this once you sign up for a camp.
