On November 28th, Thanksgiving Day we had our 2nd Annual Work Out Before You Pork Out 90 minute cardio party, to help us create a calorie deficit. With lots of turkey and stuffing waiting at home we filled the Stockbridge Tae Kwon Do and danced until all the windows and mirrors were masked by condensation.
What a workout! We had an awesome time. We can’t wait to do it again next year. Pamela and Lashay kept the music coming for the whole 90 minutes with only 2 short pauses. If you missed it I hope that you join us next year. Get your ticket early this time because space is limited.
